ALBERTS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT:

• Tenant screening: provide a consistent screening process including credit and criminal background checks to find the tenant that best fits your property. 
• Handling leases: responsible for the entire leasing process for new tenants ensuring all necessary provisions are taken to protect the owner. 
• Maintenance/repairs: In charge of managing preventative and requested maintenance/repairs helping to create long term tenants.
